Principal Attorney — a Panama- and New York-qualified corporate lawyer advising international clients and multinational corporations.
I provide Panama-law counsel to international clients and multinational corporations, with the responsiveness and practical clarity that global entities operating in the region expect.
Over more than a decade — including ten years at a Tier 1 Panamanian firm — my work has spanned high-value acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, and complex projects for international clients. The Legal 500 has recognized that work, naming me a Leading Associate in Corporate and M&A in both its 2025 and 2026 editions — an independent distinction awarded to a select group of associate-level lawyers based on client and peer feedback.
Admitted to the Bar in both New York and Panama, I focus my practice exclusively on Panamanian law. My work spans corporate and shareholder matters, government contracts and operational advice for international companies, real estate transactions for individual clients abroad, and litigation support for clients with interests in Panama. I also have extensive experience with Panama’s special incentive regimes — including SEM, Panamá Pacífico, and the Free Zones.
My academic foundation is deliberately cross-border: a degree in Economics and Philosophy from the University of Virginia, a Summa Cum Laude law degree from Universidad Santa María La Antigua, and a Juris Doctor from LSU’s Paul M. Hebert Law Center, earned on a merit scholarship.
